Associated Industries of Massachusetts has added two distinguished experts to its Board of Economic Advisors, which oversees the publication of the monthly Massachusetts Business Confidence Index.

Nada Sanders, Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management at Northeastern University, will join a 12-member board that has provided economic direction to the association since 1991.

Sanders is an internationally recognized expert in forecasting, predictive analytics, risk management, and supply chain management. Her research includes identifying best practices in forecasting, developing a corporate technology strategy, and creating a resilient supply chain.

She has provided training and consulting to a range of Fortune 500 companies, including IDG, Nike, AT&T, CIBA Corning, Mattel, MTC Corp., Dell, and many others.
