Liz Allen is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Global Resilience Institute (GRI) at Northeastern University. She holds a PhD degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences from Washington State University. Her research focuses on climate change impacts models and public perceptions of natural resource management issues. Liz works with interdisciplinary research teams to design stakeholder engagement strategies and facilitates workshops to incorporate diverse expertise into research efforts. She is interested in using collaborative system dynamics modeling to facilitate dialogue and span boundaries between different ways of understanding complex food, energy and water systems in the context of global change.
