Zuzu Oomen-Lochtefeld joined the Global Resilience Institute in September 2018. As a third year at Northeastern University, she is studying International Affairs and Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Global Social Enterprise. Zuzu completed a co-op at the Social Innovation Forum, a nonprofit accelerator for Boston-based nonprofits working on a wide range of social impact issues. Before joining the Institute, Zuzu was the president of Partners in Health Engage NEU, a global health and social justice organization advocating for the universal right to health. She is passionate about sustainability, international development, human rights, and global health equity.
