Olivia joined the Global Resilience Institute in January 2019. She is a third year student at Northeastern University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Middle East Studies, with minors in Arabic, Global Social Entrepreneurship, and History. Prior to joining the GRI, Olivia worked as a Project Assistant at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and served on the Partners in Health Engage executive board for two years. Additionally, Olivia spent two consecutive summers in Israel/Palestine and Jordan to study regional conflicts and Arabic. Her primary area of research is the Israeli Palestinian conflict, as well as migration and displaced peoples.
