In-Person vs. Virtual Experience
If you’re wondering which format to pick, check out this page to help weigh the options.
- General and Featured Sessions: These key sessions will take place in Denver and be live-streamed to the virtual audience.
- Oral Sessions: We anticipate an even split of all oral sessions presentations — 50% in Denver and 50% online. Presenters in a session will be in the same meeting format (all virtual or all in-person). In-person attendees who are virtual presenters or want to watch virtual sessions should bring their laptop and present/watch in their hotel room or designated Wi-Fi-enabled space in the convention center.
- Poster Sessions: All poster sessions will be virtual. This year, we’re adding an interactive element to allow poster presenters to communicate with attendees easily.
- Roundtable Sessions: All roundtable sessions will be virtual. New technologies will allow us to optimize virtual roundtable presentations.
