Canadian Foreign Intelligence History Project Workshop

GRI Doctoral Research Assistant Maria Robson will be presenting her paper on “Collecting Foreign Intelligence Through SIGINT: The Establishment of Autonomous Canadian Signals Intelligence” at the Canadian Foreign Intelligence History Project Workshop. The workshop will be held on July 10, 2019 in Ottawa, Canada. 

The Canadian Foreign Intelligence History Project encourages the collaboration of researchers that study the history of the foreign intelligence assessment function in Canada to further inform students, scholars, and policy-makers. Maria’s presentation focuses on the significance of Canadian intelligence capabilities for the United States and the United Kingdom. The presentation will provide insight for attendees to understand and see the importance of Canada’s intelligence capabilities.
