The Right to a Healthy Environment in US Law: Justice for Communities Today and Tomorrow is a symposium and CLE course (approval pending in NY and CA) that focuses on the newly-endorsed right to a healthy environment and draws connections between this right and efforts to promote environmental justice in the United States.
The event will consist of a keynote speech on environmental racism, a panel on environmental justice, and a panel on youth engagement and intergenerational obligations.The event is hosted by the Program on Human Rights and the Global Economy at the Northeastern University School of Law on behalf of the Bringing Human Rights Home Lawyers’ Network. All are welcome!
