About the Event:

Communities today face an increasingly complex set of resilience challenges. Increasing national resilience is complex and requires engagement across the Whole Community, at all levels, to build our collective resilience. However, many stakeholders have not been included as a core part of the solution and others are unsure of their role in advancing resilience.

This discussion plans to explore how the Whole Community can share responsibility and play a critical role to increase national resilience across the nation. We hope to bring together diverse partners to address the critical roles of all stakeholders, and inspire forward-looking and people-centered resilience planning approaches. Join us for this amazing discussion.

This event is part of the RNPN’s Resilience Exchange series. “Ideation Hours” is a way for participants to freely share ideas, foster connections and pursue collaborative opportunities on a pre-determined topic. This freestyle event is open to everyone and encourages participants to bring their best resilience ideas and projects to the table. If you know of any organizations or people who would be interested in joining, feel free to spread the word.

The RNPN has representation from over 1,600 organizations. Through partnership, we help communities become more resilient to natural disasters and climate-related events.
