GRI senior research scientist testifies before U.S. House of Representatives subcommittee on cyber threat information sharing | Global Resilience Institute

On Wednesday, November 15 the U.S. House of Representatives subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection, of the Committee on Homeland Security, held a hearing to discuss how DHS can maximize cyber threat information, and determine the most effective partnerships for sharing cyber threat information, including with the private sector.

Four witnesses, all from outside the government, testified as part of this hearing:

  • Ann Barron-Dicamillo, the Vice President of Cyber Intelligence and Incident Response at American Express
  • Patricia Cagliostro, the Federal Solutions Architect Manager at Anomali (a threat intelligence platform for businesses)
  • Robert Mayer, Senior Vice President for Cybersecurity at USTelecom Association
  • Rob Knake, a Senior Fellow on the Council of Foreign Relations and Senior Research Scientist in Cybersecurity and Resilience at GRI
