Laura Kozuszek

Global Research Coordinator

Laura currently serves as a Global Coordinator while pursuing her MS in Global Studies and International Relations focusing on international economics and consulting. She holds a B.S. from Walsh University where she majored in biology and minored in entrepreneurship, while excelling at two sports: soccer and javelin. During her undergraduate studies, she completed research on fungal and bacterial elicitors within crayfish to evaluate how their overall immune system was affected and provided consultation to a national organization, the Patriot Project on how to successfully sign on 6,000 chiropractors around the United States within three years.
After graduating she spent three years in the AmeriCorps VISTA program where she helped build capacity for four preparedness programs for the American Red Cross in Colorado Springs, and was asked to help rebuild the two state VISTA program for the region. Laura is passionate about disaster management, international studies, economics, and entrepreneurship.
