Kristine is the Director of Finance and Administration for the Defense Industrial Base Initiative (DIBI).  She is responsible for the strategic oversight and stewardship of the institute’s research and operational budgets and managing the administrative processes for DIBI.  She brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, working at the intersection of operations, strategy, and education innovation. Throughout her career, Kristine has led cross-functional initiatives focused on improving organizational effectiveness, implementing scalable systems, and advancing mission-driven outcomes.

Kristine holds an MBA and a MS in Finance from Northeastern University. She also earned a MA in Higher Education Administration and a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources from Boston College. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
