Skylar joined the Global Resilience Institute in January 2021. She is currently in her fifth and final year at Northeastern University, pursuing a BS in Computer Science and Design. Prior to joining the marketing team, Skylar worked as a UX Development co-op at Chewy and a Software Development co-op at True Fit. She was involved with Scout, Northeastern’s student-led design studio, as a designer and web developer for an IDEA venture and for the organization’s annual design conference: INTERVENTIONS. She has also served as the design chair for Northeastern University Women in Technology, where she worked on digital and printed marketing materials in addition to developing the organization’s brand.
