Renewable energy for Puerto Rico

This article discusses the destruction that Hurricane Maria brought to Puerto Rico’s electrical grid and the growing movement to install more sustainable and resilient renewable energy systems during the reconstruction. The authors push for changes in the recently made Fiscal Plans approved by the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico to pursue this chance.
