Stephen Flynn in The New York Times: A deal between Ukraine and Russia aims to ease the global food crisis.

Dr. Stephen Flynn was interviewed by the NY Times today on Russia and Ukraine reaching their first publicly signed agreement to get grain out of blocked ports. After months of help from negotiators from the United Nations and Turkey, the deal promises to unblock more than 20 million tons of grain.
Russia and Ukraine combined produce about 1/3 of the world’s grains that is core to the diet of the poorest nations. Since the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, there has been a growing food crisis, contributing to famine in Africa and threatening political unrest in some countries.
But, how complex do the next steps of this pact look to be and when will normalization of the export of grain be reached again?….
