Controller Performance of Marine Robots in Reminiscent Oil Surveys

This paper analyzes the abilities of marine robots to investigate the aftermath of oil spills. It acknowledges that while these new tools can be useful, there are also a number of factors that interfere with their performance. The stated goal of this report is to “provide guidance for mission designs and inspire the future developments of our marine robots used to perform autonomous environmental surveys.”
