Distinguished Senior Fellows Dr. Marla Perez-Lugo and Cecilio Ortiz Garcia of University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez will be speakers as part of a panel discussion about the film “Fire & Flood: Queer Resilience in the Era of Climate Change.” The speakers will discuss the recovery efforts after Hurricane Maria and sustainable energy transitions.
