The Global Resilience Institute at Northeastern University (GRI) and the Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science (CUAHSI) are hosting an open forum on the use of the National Water Model in community resilience planning as part of their phase 2 funded work.

The event will feature:

  • A NWM overview and training provided by NOAA
  • An introduction to new resources to support the use of the NWM in community water-related planning
  • Presentation of use cases of the NWM by stakeholders across the United States who have used the model in their own work.

We look forward to hosting you and a community of peers and water planning practitioners from across the United States interested in sharing lessons and best practices as the National Water Model continues to evolve and be adapted in new and innovative ways.
