Reimagining Together: Community Read and Lecture with Farah Jasmine Griffin

The Northeastern Africana Studies Program invites you to a three-part book club series where the author Farah Jasmine Griffin will present an open discussion on the themes of her book, “Read Until You Understand: The Profound Wisdom of Black Life & Literature” to the Northeastern & Roxbury Communities.
This academic memoir is a fascinating read that explores the influence of literature on the development of this influential Black feminist scholar and teacher. The book club includes two virtual discussions on March 24th and April 21st in advance for a final in-person meeting with the author Dr. Farah Jasmine Griffin on April 26th, where she will come to campus to give a university-wide lecture.
