Australian Disaster Resilience Conference 2022

Background: The Australian Disaster Resilience Conference will take place in Adelaide on the 24th and 25th of August with the latest ideas and innovations in disaster risk reduction and resilience. The Australian Disaster Resilience Conference is Australia’s premier event focused on contemporary disaster resilience practice and research.

The conference brings together a diverse and passionate crowd from a range of sectors to share knowledge and build connections for a disaster resilient Australia. Following on from successful online conferences the last two years, the conference organisers look forward to warmly welcoming delegates back to an in-person conference experience.

The conference will be hosted at the Adelaide Convention Centre, and will feature keynote speakers, two full days of conference program, social functions, the AIDR Knowledge Centre including an impressive poster display, and the AFAC22 powered by INTERSCHUTZ Trade Exhibition. The conference will once again offer delegates content through two streams of presentations delivered by an impressive line up of keynote speakers, presenters and panels.
